Refunds are only applicable if the service itself does not work at all. Issues related to device compatibility, app settings, or VPN configuration do not qualify for a refund.

- If your subscription does not work properly (service does not function at all), you can request a refund.
- You can also request a refund within 2 days if you are not satisfied with our service, provided you have not used the free trial period.
- We strongly recommend that you take advantage of the free trial before subscribing to avoid any issues.

- A small deduction may be applied from your refund to cover processing fees.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a few business days.
